1. Services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, App Development)

• Once a project has been initiated and resources allocated, refunds will not be issued for work already completed.
• Refund requests may be considered only in cases where work has not yet started and both parties agree to cancel the project.
• Advance payments or deposits are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

2. Training Courses & Programs

• Enrollment fees for training courses are non-refundable once the program has started.
• If a participant wishes to cancel before the course begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
• Refunds are not applicable if a participant discontinues the course midway or fails to attend sessions.

3. Online Payments

• Payments made through online gateways are subject to third-party processing fees, which are non-refundable.
• Any errors in payment or duplicate charges must be reported within 7 business days for resolution.

4. Cancellation by Right2Reach

• If Right2Reach cancels a service or training program due to unforeseen circumstances, clients or participants will be offered an alternative schedule or a full refund.
• Right2Reach is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, natural disasters, government regulations).
